Captain Canuck Legacy's quiet launch

This blog will likely have very few posts.

Early last year, I started a blog about Canadian superheroes.  From that, I spawned one about Alpha Flight's Guardian in particular.

If one were to guess which Canadian superhero would get his or her own "spotlight" blog, Captain Canuck would probably get called out most often.  I didn't go in that direction though because Captain Canuck already had his own website, and there were a couple of "tribute" sites in addition to to the official one.

In the past while, though The Captain Canuck site has dedicated itself to the animated version almost exclusively.  Among the tribute sites I visited, one has not been updated in a couple of years and the other is no longer available.

There is another factor in play; That I know of, there is no site dedicated to ALL the versions of the Captain.  It was that "angle" that eluded me whenever I contemplated creating a blog to the good Captain.  There was no point in copying information that could be found elsewhere, but there is no place that I know that gathers info on all the Captains in one place.

That is what this blog will attempt to do.  Pages under the banner will focus on the various versions of the character.  Watch for those to start to appear shortly; they're being worked on "backstage".

The blog's title is lifted from the most recent comic book series.  In light of the number of variations of the characters, and how many others he has inspired, it seemed entirely appropriate.
